I bought the top BK is wearing at a consignment store Monday and just had to make a pair of pink pants to go with it.
I used a heavy cotton interlock from Chez Ami that has hardly any stretch. And grey buttons to break up the overwhelming pink.
I referenced this handy dandy tutorial while adding length to the cropped pants. 8 inches later (!), BK has a new pair of comfy yet stylish pants.
So cute!! I love the vent at the hem.
ReplyDeleteI like them long, and I like them in knit!
ReplyDeleteI like the positioning of the button openings. Looks good.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Justine! The pants held up to a hard day of playing outside yesterday.
ReplyDeleteLove that you used interlock! I've had this pattern forever and only used it once. Yours are adorable! I'm featuring this today!
ReplyDeleteVery cute! I have this pattern but have been waiting for warmer weather, I might borrow your great idea and just lengthen them.
ReplyDeleteThese are darling. Great idea to use the interlock. I have some of that and made a t-shirt with it, but it's hardly stretchy enough to get on my 2yo.
