I'm guest posting at Once Upon a Sewing Machine as part of their Sew You Had a Boy series today. Head on over to check out P's new outfit and my thoughts on sewing for older boys.
Just got back for your guest post where I read that your son is obsessed with Minecraft. My 14 yr old son is into Minecraft & I do have some Minecraft sewing ideas, but who knows when I'll have the time/opportunity to get them done... Any Minecraft sewing in your near future?
I am all new to the world of Minecraft!lol P got an iPod touch for Christmas and that was one of his first downloads. I'd love to see what ideas you have! Justine of Justmejay bought some minecraft printed knit fabric from Spoonflower and made her sons t-shirts.
That's a great set of clothes, Cindy! I love the shirt. Does he really wear light coloured pants to school though? My almost 12 yo still comes home so dirty.
Your guest post was so informative! The shirt and pants look professional and look great on P. I love the way you cut the pattern using the bias plaid to such an advantage. The front placket is fabulous!
Off for a peek!
